DuoGenic StemCells Corporation (TPEx: 7607) is a Taiwan-based cell therapy and regenerative medicine company, founded in 2018 at the National Chung Hsing University Innovation Incubation Center and headquartered in Taichung. Our mission is to deliver affordable cell therapy products, built on closed-system cell culture and manufacturing technology designed for clinical use.

PCP mononuclear cell therapy
PCP (Peripheral blood Cell Purification) is DuoGenic's autologous cell therapy. From 100–120 cc of a patient's own blood, a closed automated system removes pro-inflammatory neutrophils and purifies roughly 100 million reparative mononuclear cells at over 95% purity, which a physician then injects into the damaged tissue. Indications under development include osteoarthritis, osteonecrosis, discogenic low back pain, anosmia, urinary incontinence and sexual dysfunction.

A 1–10 L closed system that replaces culture flasks with culture bags, combined with proprietary microcarriers and AllPhase medium. Human adipose-derived stem cells expand 550-fold in 18 days and reach one billion cells from a single 25T flask within three weeks, while retaining MSC surface markers and tri-lineage differentiation.
