Our Closed Cell Culture System consists of a closed, gas-permeable culture bag, specialized microcarriers, and AllPhase High-Performance MSC Proliferation Medium. By utilizing a programmable Cell Rocker for intermittent agitation, the system minimizes cell aggregation, a common challenge in large-scale cell culture. Following culture completion, our streamlined cell harvesting protocol enables rapid and simple recovery of the expanded cells.

With our Closed rocking bag culture system, human adipose-derived stem cells (hADSCs) achieved a 550-fold expansion within 18 days. Post-expansion, the cells successfully retained their MSC characteristics, including specific cell surface marker expression and tri-lineage differentiation potential.
