Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) have demonstrated great potential in therapeutic / regenerative application.
However from the laboratory to the clinic isn't an easy path, as there are regulations on safety and verification. Also it's rather difficult to maintain the quality and the consistency of the MSC especially during scale up.
In order to gain control over culture conditions, the chemically defined culture medium is a priority choice to most cell biologists, and the traditional FBS culture is disappearing.

Flow cytometry was performed with MSC cultured 5 passages in DuoTSM.






After cultured with DuoTSM, MSC demonstrates the ability to differentiate into osteocyte, adipocyte and chondrocyte.
All culture media products are available for CMO (Contract Manufacturing) and CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing) services, including formula customisation, specification tailoring, regulatory documentation, and full-scale support from small batches to mass production.
